This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mohammed Sameeruddin s/o. Ethesham Uddin being son of deceased. Deceased namely Mohammed Ehteshamuddin s/o. Mohammed Gahffooruddin said to be died intestate at Sharjah, UAE on 19.01.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as divorcee. Petitioner has filed Additional Affidavit dated 26.08.2025 annexing the decree of the Family Court, Mumbai. Deceased had no daughter and was survived by two sons. Out of them elder son is petitioner herein and younger son has filed consent Affidavit in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 03.03.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
