This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Roshun Bejon Birdy being sole Executrix named under the Will of deceased. Deceased namely Rushna Phiroze Chhapkhanavala said to have died at London on 31.01.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at London on 06.08.2019. The said Will is in English language.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had no brother and was survived by one sister only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavits of Jean-Pierre Paul Isal and Shireen Jean-Pierre Isal both dated 29.04.2024 both the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 15.02.2025 is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
