TP/629/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Uppoor Shekar Shetty, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Jasmit Singh and Maninder Kaur both being son and wife of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Kuldip Singh Hardevsingh Marwah died intestate at Mumbai on 04.02.1990. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 28.10.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow, one son and one daughter. Out of them widow and son are petitioners herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 18.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
