2) In the Will, deceased has mentioned Prakash Shirke is her nephew. However, in para regarding legal heirs there is no averment about the said Prakash Shirke. Advocate to explain.

3) To file further Affidavit of Attesting Witness as per Rule 419 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.
