Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The Department has raised requisition to justify the share of minors as per Rule 422 of the Original Side (Bombay High Court) Rules, 1980. Seeyog @ Siyog Pravin Koli and Raksha Pravin Koli are the minor son and daughter, respectively, of Sushma Pravin Koli, who passed away on 31 July 2023. Pravin Koli, the husband of Sushma Koli and the father and natural guardian of the minors, has filed an affidavit giving consent on behalf of the minors to grant the Letters of Administration, without justifying the shares of the minor. 3.

In view of the affidavit of Pravin Koli, father and natural guardian of the minor heirs and the undertaking of the Petitioner to administer the estate of the deceased in accordance with law and to give share of the minors, the SSP 1/2
