Upon perusal of the petition, it is noticed that there is no averment in the petition with respect to brother and sister of deceased neither mention legal heirs of husband side of deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner explain all the legal heirs as per the provisions of law.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner allowed to carry out amendment in para No. 8 of the petition within eight weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Ld. Advocate for petitioner re-upload the amended petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court and get it approved from the Registry. Hence, remove from board.
