TP/678/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Sushil Inamdar i/b. A. B. Shrikhande, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Joint Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Manind Vijay Kumar Govil alias Manind Vijaykumar Govil being son and sole Executor named under the Will of deceased. Deceased namely Vijaykumar Kanhayalal Govil alias V. K. Govil alias Vijay Kumar Govil said to have died at Mumbai on 23.03.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased left behind his last joint Will and Testament which was jointly executed by the deceased and his widow namely Adarsh Govil at Mumbai on 06.02.2020. The said Will is in English language.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and two married daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Kunta Kirit Vaidya dated 01.10.2024 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 11.03.2025 is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
