TP/682/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Malcolm Vaz i/b. Sanjay Rego, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sheelika Ravishankar being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Meera Prakash Jain died intestate at Bangaluru on 25.12.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and remaining daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 30.04.2025 and 09.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
