The matter is on board today in view of an objection raised by the Officer on Special Duty with Testamentary Department. The said objection reads thus:

petitioner to justify the share of the minor as petitioner is not the birth parent of the minor. Hence, adjourned."

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner points out that the present Petition is filed for Letters of Administration to the properties and credits of Sunil Dattajirao Savant. The Petitioner is one of the sons of the deceased. The minor in question is the grand-daughter of the deceased. Mugdha

I am informed by the Testamentary Registrar, who is present in Court today, that the natural guardian of the minor child, viz., her father Mr. Sanjeet Chandrakant Tawade, has consented to the grant of the Letters of Administration.

Hence, there is, in my view, no impediment for the office to proceed with the grant, subject to all other compliance having been duly complied with.
