TP/701/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Vinali Bhaidkar, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ashokkumar Satpal Mehra being son of deceased. Deceased namely Satpal Devidas Mehra died intestate at Mumbai on 07.05.2002. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased died on 07.07.2002. Deceased was survived by one son and three daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all three daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 19.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 03.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
