TP/712/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Veermalla Nirmala Gopal, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rupali Rajesh Pawoolkar being cousin daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Ramakant Kashinath Pawoolkar died intestate at Navi Mumbai, Thane on 12.11.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card and Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased had brothers and sisters who all of them are expired. However, their legal heirs are not mentioned and / or that they died as bachelor or spinster. Hence, Advocate to take steps accordingly.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.03.2025 are filed.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when all compliance is done in this matter. Hence, remove from board. 09.06.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
