TP/712/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Veermalla Nirmala Gopal, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rupali Rajesh Pawoolkar being cousin daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Ramakant Kashinath Pawoolkar died intestate at Navi Mumbai, Thane on 12.11.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card and Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased had two brothers and four sisters. Out of them three sisters died as spinsters and one brother died as bachelor. The brother of deceased Jaivant died leaving behind one son namely Rajesh who also died leaving behind his wife and one daughter. One sister of deceased namely Prabhavati died issue-less and as widow. Deceased was survived by one wife of nephew and one grandniece. Out of them wife of nephew is petitioner herein and grandniece has given her consent in favour of the petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.03.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
