Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

The Petition is moved for dispensing with the office objection as to whether the surety can honour the amount as the proposed surety in the present petition is also the surety in the administration bond furnished in TP No.111 of 2024.

The surety is stated to be aunt of the Petitioner. Office objections, thus, stands dispensed.

The department has also raised an office requisition to take steps to have an inventory of the locker. In the Schedule of assets, the Petitioner has furnished the details of the contents of the locker at Item No.6. The Petitioner has made an averment that the Petitioner had access to the said locker and no Will is lying in the said locker.

In view of the aforesaid averments, the office requisition to have an inventory of a locker also stands dispensed.
