1. Perused the Petition. It is seen that the Original Petition was filed against the property of the deceased Suman Shankar Patekar alias Suman Shankar Patekar.

2. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to the deceased filed by petitioner Mrs. Madhuri Shilkar being daughter of the deceased. The deceased expired on 31.05.2008. The Petitioner has filed the affidavit dated 31.10.2023 for dispensation of Id Proof and it is accepted.

3. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. The Deceased had three daughters and no son. The petitioner is one of them and other two daughters has expired, their legal heirs are mentioned in the petition. Thus the Deceased is survived by the Petitioner being daughter and one grandson and three grand daughters, the details are mentioned in paragraphs 4 of the petition. The Consent Affidavit of legal heirs are on record.

4. The Petitioner has filed the Oath. The Ld.

Advocate has filed the Administration bond executed by the petitioner on 07.03.2025. Affidavit of Service of General Notice dated 03.04.2024 is filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
