TP/730/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Malcolm Vaz i/b. Sanjay Rego, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Avalon Bradley Dsouza being nephew of deceased. Deceased namely Sydney Joseph Alexander died intestate at Mumbai on 09.04.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased had three brothers and one sister. One brother namely Steven Alexander died leaving behind one daughter and one son. Sister of deceased namely Petricia died leaving her one son. One nephew of the deceased is petitioner herein and all remaining legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.04.2025. However, Administration Bond is not filed hence, Advocate to take steps.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when all compliance is done in this matter. Remove from board. 21.04.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
