The share of the petitioner mentioned as 1/4th share as the son of the deceased is entitled for 2/7th share. Hence it should be replaced as 2/7 share. Advocate for the petitioner submits that he will carry out correction in para no. 5 with respect to the share of the petitioner in the estate of the deceased.
