This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sheelika Ravishankar being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Prakash Chand Jain died intestate at Bangaluru on 28.08.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased died on 25.12.2021. Deceased was survived by two daughters. Out of them one daughter petitioner herein and the husband and another daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 09.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
