2. Administration bond is appeared to have been executed in November, 2023 whereas petition is affirmed on 27.12.2023. Hence, when bond was executed there was no occasion to execute the administration bond. Therefore, petitioner to take steps regarding the execution of bond as per rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

3. Petitioner to take steps about the grand parents of the deceased, if they are legal heirs. Hence, adjourned.
