This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sanjay Ram Hingorani being son of deceased. Deceased namely Ram Thakurdas Hingorani died intestate at Mumbai on 24.05.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 28.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 09.04.2025 filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
