1. In the Title of the petition, it is stated that the petitioner is executor under the Will.

Furthermore, in a Will's Paragraph No. 3, it is mentioned as under, - "3.

I appoint my daughter SMT. SUMATT BHASKAR as sole executrix and trustee of my estate and this Will. However, if my daughter SMT. SUMATI BAHSAKAR predeceases me i.e. dies during my life time, then and only in that event, I appoint my well-wishers SHRI P. M. BALAKRISHNA to be my executors ad trustees of my estate and this Will."

2. Hence, the petitioner to explain that how this petition for Letters of administration of The Will is tenable. Hence, adjourned.

3. I have perused the remarks of scrutiny officer, who scrutinized the Petition. There is no single objection in this regard.
