Advocate for petitioner seeks leave to convert the petition from Letters of Administration with Will into Probate by way of amendment. 2. After amendment is carried out, office to issue Citation and also issue Notice to the Collector. Advocate is directed to take steps.

3. Advocate to file Affidavit of Service of General Citation and also effect service upon non-consenting legal heirs, if any as per Rules 399 and 400 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

4. Office to verify if any cross petition is filed, if cross petition file, then take steps to place before the Hon'ble Court under Rule 407 of Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant.
