The learned counsel for the petitioner in this uncontested petition for grant of letters of administration submits that department has raised an objection pertaining to justifying the surety of a minor. The minor is a grand-daughter, aged about 3 years and the petitioner herein is the grand-mother of the minor. It is further submitted that the mother and natural guardian of the minor has given consent to the prayers in the present petition. It is relevant to note that the deceased herein is the son of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the mother and the natural guardian of the three year old minor has given consent, the objection raised by the department for justifying the surety is dispensed with.
