This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Jayantilal Shamji Karani being son of deceased. Deceased namely Gangaben Shamji Karani died intestate at Mumbai on 29.12.1998. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased died on 03.01.1990. Deceased had no daughter and was survived by son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.03.2025 and Administration Bond is filed dated 15.04.2025. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
