TP/776/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Sanaa Varhadi i/b. Lakdwala and Co., Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Shubhangi Pramodkumar Kasbekar being married daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Shanta Digambar Wagh died intestate at Mumbai on 30.01.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased died on 19.11.1985. Son of deceased namely Jagdish Wagh died on 08.07.2016 as bachelor. Daughter of deceased namely Lata Digambar Wagh died on 23.10.2024. Deceased was survived by one married daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.03.2025 and Administration Bond is not required since petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of deceased. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
