Hence, in view of Section 236 and 246 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, this Authority cannot grant Letters Of Administration to the minor and furthermore, in existence of petitioner no. 1, petition on behalf of the petitioner no. 2 is barred vide Section 246 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Hence, petitioner to take steps. Hence, adjourned.
