Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he has given the copy of the petition with praecipe for reconstructing the same, as per the order of the Hon'ble Court passed on dated 14.12.2024. Vide the said order, the Hon'ble Court has permitted the petitioner to reconstruct the petition and to carry out an amendment. 2.

Perused the praecipe dated 06.01.2025 and printed copy of the entire Petition affirmed on 25.09.2023 along with all documents, as per the index given at page no. 1 of the petition. This petition is e-filed Petition. 3.

Office has relied upon the Practice Note No. 47 dated 27.11.2015 for reconstructing the Documents. Furthermore, this petition is filed online and its copy is available in the CIS. Hence, the office has verified the tendered copy with the copy available in the CIS and accordingly, necessary endorsement has been made on the tendered Copy on 09.01.2025 by the Section Officer of the Testamentary Department. Hence, copies submitted by the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner is taken on the record for reconstruction of the petition. As this petition is uncontested, by relying upon these copies petition is reconstructed. Office to endorse necessary remarks about the reconstruction on the petition and return to the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner upon receipt. Ld. Advocate to maintain the record as per the e-Filing Rules of the High Court of Bombay 2022 till further orders.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to upload the reconstructed Petition in a portal, under head "reconstructed petition".

Office is directed to allow the petitioner to carry out the amendment as per the order dated 14.12.2024, as per the rule, without insisting online appointment. Hence, adjourned.
