In para no. 4 of the petition inadvertently facts regarding mother of the deceased is skipped, who is pre-deceased to the deceased. Hence, Praecipe for the amendment as proposed therein is allowed. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is out of country. Hence, upon the production of death certificate of the mother of the deceased, re-verification is dispensed with.
