TP/797/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Deep Vipul Thakkar, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Amita Kirit Ghelani and Rita Manesh Modi both being daughters of deceased. Deceased namely Vinodrai Narbehram Tolia died intestate at Mumbai on 28.12.1994. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 18.12.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased died on 12.11.2019. Deceased had one son namely Madhukar Vinodrai Tolia died on 12.09.2015 and his wife also died on 19.08.2020. He died issue-less. Deceased was survived by two daughters who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 27.05.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
