This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mohamed Nisar Noor Mohamed Mansoor being brother of deceased. Deceased namely Haseena Rameez Dave died intestate at Mumbai on 01.06.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased died on 02.05.2022. Deceased died issueless. Parents of husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased had no brother and no sister. Deceased was survived by thee brothers and one sister. One brother of deceased namely Sayyed Noor Mohamed Mansoor died on 23.05.2020 leaving behind widow and no issues. Out of them one brother is petitioner herein and remaining all the legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.303.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.03.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
