1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 18.07.204 and thereby submitted that in para no. 1 of the order dated 10.07.2024 surname of the petitioner is wrongly mentioned as "Tarfe" instead of "Tarphe" and same may be corrected. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.

2. In para no. 2 of the order dated 10.07.2024, surname of the petitioner is corrected and read "Tarphe".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 10.07.2024 will remain same.
