The praecipe is moved for dispensing with the office objection that the surety mentioned in the Administration Bond is not from Mumbai. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of Thane. The proposed surety is also a resident of Thane.

This Court has held that there is no requirement under the Rules that the surety should be a resident of Mumbai. 4.

In view of the above, the objection that the surety shall be from Mumbai stands dispensed.

The petitioner is permitted to furnish Administration Bond with the surety from Thane.
