2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioners submitted that in para no. 7 of the order dated 10.05.2024, it is mentioned that petitioners are being sons of the deceased. However, petitioner no. 1 is widow of the deceased and petitioner no. 2 is son of the deceased. Hence, same may be corrected.

3. Hence, para no. 7 of the order dated 10.05.2024 is corrected and read as " Petitioner no. 1 being widow and Petitioner no. 2 being son of the deceased" instead of petitioners are being sons. Furthermore, wherever the word "Petitioner" is mentioned is also corrected and same be read "Petitioners" with grammatical corrections.

4. It is made clear that rest of the Order dated 10.05.2024 will remain same.

5. Removed from the board.
