TP/836/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Nikhil S. Udeshi, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Chandrakant Chimanlal Shah being son of deceased. Deceased namely Kantaben Chimanlal Shah died intestate at Thane on 06.08.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son namely Mahendra died as bachelor on 21.02.1997. Petitioner is only sole surviving legal heir. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 29.03.2025 filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
