TP/837/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Muazzana Ansari, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Deepak Chandrakant Shah being son of deceased. Deceased namely Chandrakant Shivlal Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 20.08.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased died on 29.01.2004. Deceased was survived by two daughters and one son. Out of them son is petitioner herein and both daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.03.2025 and Administration Bond is awaited. Advocate to take steps.
