TP/851/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Taranjit Singh, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to both the deceased filed by petitioner namely Akshada Ravindra Chalke and Mansi Ravindra Chalke being daughters of deceased. Both the deceased namely Ravindra Bhaskar Chalke and Priyanka Ravindra Chalke died intestate at Raigarh District on 06.07.1997 in an accident. Copies of death certificates are annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased was survived by two daughters and mother of deceased No. 1. Out of them both the daughters are petitioners herein and mother of deceased has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit dated 30.06.2024 is on record. However, Ld. Advocate states that she has expired on 28.07.2024 at Palghar. The said fact is required to be brought on record in the petition. As per order dated 12.08.2024, Ld. Advocate for petitioner has amended the petition and he is required to upload the same alongwith the death certificate of Sulochana Bhaskar Chalke. Office to accept the uploaded the amended petition. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 15.07.2024 is filed. Though the Administration Bond dated 29.06.2024 is filed however, the name of surety is not mentioned in the first para of the said Bond. Advocate to take steps accordingly.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when matter is ready for final grant. Hence, remove from board. 05.05.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
