TP/851/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Jayant Wani a/w. Sanna Varhadi i/b. Lakdawala and Co., Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Subhash Chaturbhuj Marawadi and 6 others being sons and married daughters of deceased. Deceased namely Mathura Chaturbhuj Jhamvar died intestate at Satara on 21.01.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three sons and four daughters who all are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.03.2025 and Administration Bond is not required as all the Class I legal heirs are petitioners herein. . Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
