This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sangeeta Sanjay Shah being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Jinbala Hasmukh Shah died intestate at Mumbai on 21.05.2006 Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceaed the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and two daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and remaining all the legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 21.03.2025 filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
