Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that amended petition has been submitted online. However, amendment, in a petition, has been carried out in Blue ink, which must be in Red ink. Now, petitioner is unable to change the colour of said hand written amendment due to technical defect and therefore, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to add rider in the petition in respect of the proposed amendment in red ink. Permission is granted to add such rider. In view of the additional affidavit filed by the petitioner affirmed on 27.05.2024. Reverification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.
