1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner mentioned the matter and submitted that in the order dated 22.07.2024, name of the advocate is wrongly mentioned as Suresh Nehar. However, his correct name is "Suresh Neharkar" and same may be corrected in that order.

2. Hence, name of the Ld. Advocate in order dated 22.07.2024 is corrected and read as "Suresh Neharkar".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 22.07.2024 will remain same.

4. Removed from the board.
