Petitioner is wiling to introduce an averment regarding the heirs of father as per the provisions of Hindu Succession Act, 1956. he further submitted that there are no legal heirs through father of the deceased. Hence, legal heirs of mother as per provisions of Hindu Succession Act, 1956 read with Section 15 (1) (e) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 are brought on record. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.
