While perusal of the petition it has been observed that the share of the petitioner in the estate of the deceased is wrongly mentioned as 100% which should be 1/3rd share. It has been also observed that the details of the son viz. Surendra Kumar Shyamnarayan Yadav (son of the deceased) whether expired bachelor or married and if married then details of his wife and whether died issuless to be mentioned in para no. 4 to the petition.

Advocate for the petitioner is directed to file fresh Administration Bond.

Advocate for the petitioner submits that he will seek instructions from his client and will make necessary averment into para no. 4 to the petition. Advocate for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to carry out the correction in para no. 4 to the petition with respect to the details of the deceased son of the deceased and para no. 6 to the petition with respect to the share of the petitioner in the estate of the deceased. He will upload the corrected version. He request that reverification may be dispensed
