In this petition, filed for grant of letters of administration, the Officer on Special Duty with the Testamentary Department, by an order dated 7th May 2024, directed the petitioner to take steps in respect of a bank locker.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that inventory in respect of the contents of the bank locker was prepared in the presence of a bank official on 4th August 2023 and that the inventory sheet and other documents are placed on record at Exhibit 'D' with the petition.

In view of the above, the petitioner is not required to take any further steps in respect of the bank locker.
