TP/907/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Vaibhav Gaikwad i/b. V and M Legal, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Vijay Ganpat Rane being sole Executor named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Ganpat Gunaji Rane died at Mumbai on 28.12.1994. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 12.12.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 18.01.1993. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 6 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executor. Only one Executor appointed under the Will who is petitioner herein.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one son. Out of them son is petitioner herein and widow has given her consent in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of the Attesting Witness to the Will is not filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 01.04.2025 is filed.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant. Hence, remove from board. 15.07.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
