TP/909/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Santosh Chodankar, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by two petitioners namely Rahul Ramchandra Veturkar being nephew of the deceased and Harshada Sachin Kotawdekar, being niece of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Jagannath Raghunath Ajgaonkar, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 28.07.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as bachelor. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. The one sister Hira and one brother Anant died as Spinster and Bachelor respectively. Deceased was survived by two brothers and one sister. All have been given their consents in faovour of the petitioners. Consent Affidavits are on record. Petitioners are the Nephew and Niece of the deceased, who are son and daughter of the Sister of the deceased Smita Ramchandra Veturkar. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 05.05.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
