Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petition has been amended vide an order dated 12.08.2024 and the date of the death of the deceased is corrected as "21.11.2022" instead of "21.11.2020". Perused the petition and the death certificate of the deceased. Submission is accepted. 2.

Now, as the date of the death of the deceased, is corrected in the petition, same is required to be corrected in the order dated 22.07.2024. Hence, in paragraph No. 3 of the said order, the date of the death is substituted by "21.11.2022" and same be read as "21.11.2022" instead of "21.11.2020. Rest of the order shall remained as it.
