Considering this circumstance, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner seeks dispensation of the re-verification of the amendment. The proposed amendment is based upon the documentary information, hence, reverification is dispensed with. Furthermore, time to carryout an amendment as per the order dated 10.10.2024 is also hereby extended by further two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
