Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. As per Will, there are two executors appointed by the deceased to execute her Will namely Kishore Keshavlal Doshi and Jitendra Keshavlal Doshi. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that one of the executors namely Kishore Keshavlal Doshi died and another executor namely Jitendra Keshavlal Doshi, has not come forward to apply for Probate.

Ld. Advocate for petitioner to explain how this petition is maintainable for Letters of Administration with Will when there are executors are appointed under the Will.
