Ld. advocate for the petitioner seeks time to take steps in the matter, as per the earlier Order and to comply the requisitions as provisions of the Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, time is granted and thus the petition is adjourned for the steps to furnish administration Bond and to Amend the marital Status of the deceased.

In view of statement made in paragraph No. 5 of the petition, Ld. advocate for the petitioner is permitted to amend the marital status of the deceased. Re-verification is dispensed with. Amendment to be carried out within 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending.
