1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Pankaj Amritlal Thosani and Vikram Amritlal Thosani being sons of deceased. Deceased namely Nirmala Amritlal Thosani died intestate at Mumbai on 06.07.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and three daughters. Out of them both sons are petitioners herein and all three daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioners herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.01.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is dated 2.9.2025 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
