This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kavita Parag Bhagat being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Parag Bhagwan Bhagat died intestate at Mumbai on 13.12.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.05.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant.
